What is Comet Rogue?
Comet Rogue is a fast-paced roguelike about mining procedurally generated asteroids for gold.
Each asteroid is fully destructible, with traps and treasures placed throughout its changing layout. Remaining on an asteroid for longer causes enemies to spawn faster and become more threatening, while an employer-imposed quota requires enough gold to be extracted. Gold can buy stackable items, upgrade combinations, and stat buffs. Items have stronger effects than the stat buffs, and combining items creates different synergies. When the miner dies, collected gold is automatically used to unlock new weapons and pets. The game combines timed extraction pressure, destructible environments, combat, and progression through repeated asteroid expeditions.
