Gold can be spent on click upgrades and on projectiles from the shop, which clear falling cursors automatically. The game also includes Clickscension: restarting after ascending awards clickscension coins. These coins purchase permanent upgrades, with no stated endpoint for the upgrade progression. Falling-cursor spawn rates increase according to progress made through clicking, creating a loop of active clicking, cursor collection, purchases, and resets for lasting upgrades.
