Our take on Checkout: Cashier Simulator
Rather than focusing on expansion, exploration, or combat, the game makes supermarket checkout its central challenge. Its structure pairs repeated timed transactions with between-shift conversations, making customer service and workplace dialogue the main progression loop.
What is Checkout: Cashier Simulator?
Checkout: Cashier Simulator is a point-and-click game about working supermarket checkout shifts.
Players scan and bag products, then complete transactions with cash, checks, or card payments. Each shift has a time limit, and points are awarded for serving customers quickly and keeping products organized. Grouping items from the same department provides bonus points. The game includes more than 20 departments and over 300 products. Between shifts, players can talk with coworkers, who have new dialogue each shift and their own stories. Overtime Mode offers double points and a place on the Top Employee Leaderboard. Players can also compare scores with friends and coworkers through the leaderboard.
