Our take on Challenge Speedball
Matches combine paint-based elimination with an alternative route to victory: reaching the opposing team's home base.
What is Challenge Speedball?
Challenge Speedball is a team paintball game for 1 to 5 players per side.
Players compete on a compact arena filled with inflatable barriers, tagging members of the opposing team until they are all out. A side can also claim victory by reaching the rival team's home base. Games have a time limit that generally corresponds to the number of participants: a two-player match lasts 2 minutes, while a ten-player match lasts 10 minutes. Teams earn 5 points for eliminating opponents or reaching their base, and 1 point for remaining in play until time expires. An arena editor allows players to create custom fields and share them through Steam Workshop. Team colors and image logos can also be personalized.
