Our take on Caster
Terrain deformation is central to the combat: one of the six attacks changes the surrounding landscape while players fight the Flanx.
What is Caster?
Caster is a third-person action shooter set across scenic locations populated by bug-like creatures called Flanx.
Players use six distinct attacks, including terrain deformation and rapid energy-blast barrages, while applying strategy against enemies with varied behaviors and attacks. Energy collected during play can be used to purchase upgrades, and restoring trees is part of the gameplay. Skill upgrades allow characters to run across water and leap hundreds of feet into the air. The game includes two playable characters and three play modes: Casual, Normal, and Extreme. Music for the game is by Trance Emerson.
How Caster plays
