Set in 2035, the game follows David Mason and an elite team investigating a covert threat in Avalon amid conflict and psychological warfare.
The campaign supports solo play or cooperative squads. Multiplayer launches with 16 6v6 maps and two 20v20 maps, alongside an Omnimovement system and a selection of weapons. Round-based Zombies takes place in the Dark Aether, where players face a large, shifting environment. The game combines narrative campaign missions, team-based competitive matches, and survival-focused Zombies rounds across three distinct modes.
