Our take on BURGER IMPACT: SOLAR STRIKE
The physics-based combat gives movement and collision a central role, but that focus leaves less room for combat built around other systems. Players who do not enjoy aiming through orbiting targets and chaining impacts may find the design narrow.
What is BURGER IMPACT: SOLAR STRIKE?
This 3D physics-driven action game casts Burger, a fast-food traveler in space, as the hero of a mission involving French Fries and an unknown force.
Movement and fighting revolve around gravity, momentum, and thrown objects. A charged body slam propels Burger through zero gravity and sends foes or obstacles backward. Orbit Mode pulls Burger around a selected target, helping arrange successive impacts. Burger Time briefly slows the action for targeting or quick responses.
Connecting enemies into a temporary sequence can raise damage and restore some of the Burger Time meter when strikes land. Input is available through mouse and keyboard, controllers, and Steam Deck. Cutscenes and other sequences can be skipped. Vegan Mode is optional and excludes animal- and seafood-derived products.
How BURGER IMPACT: SOLAR STRIKE plays
- 01Enemy chain attacks
- Link nearby enemies while orbiting a target so collisions can continue from one foe to the next.
- 02Time-slow ability
- Slowing the action creates a window to aim or respond to dangerous situations.
- 03Vegan Mode
- This optional setting removes animal- and seafood-based products from the game.
- 04Multiple input options
- The game supports mouse and keyboard, controllers, and Steam Deck.
- 05Skippable sequences
- Cutscenes and other sequences can be skipped rather than watched through.
