We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Time-trial platformer fans who want short stages and leaderboard competition
- Players who enjoy creating and sharing custom levels
- Speedrun-focused players interested in ghosts, replays, and tool-assisted runs
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a story-led platformer rather than repeated attempts at timed stages
- Players who prefer slower exploration instead of short runs and increasingly difficult challenges
- Players looking for a conventional role-playing game with loot, leveling, and character customization
Our take on Break The Targets
The focus on short timed runs gives up the slower exploration and narrative progression found in broader platformers. Its large stage count, rankings, custom levels, and bonus modes instead favor repeated attempts, comparison, and technical route refinement.
