Our take on Brazilian Root®
The clearest bounce point is the update limitation: players expecting ongoing patches or new content will reach a firm stop, since the developer says lost backup files prevent further updates.
What is Brazilian Root®?
Brazilian Root® is a solo action shooter viewed from a first-person perspective, with invented settings around Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Benjamin, once a commando, moved into politics after leaving military service and is campaigning for governor when his daughter is abducted 30 days before the vote. He returns to combat to rescue her and pursue revenge. The campaign centers on rapid firefights and excludes Quick Time Events. Enemies are demanding, and boss encounters are included. The arsenal contains rifles, pistols, submachine guns, shotguns, and grenades. The developer says a hard-drive failure erased backup data for the game’s core, preventing further updates.
