Our take on BOXHEAD:Immortal
Its defining structure is the combination of classic Boxhead map play with an Endless Mode that adds selectable roles, skills, and attributes to repeated zombie-wave survival.
What is BOXHEAD:Immortal?
BOXHEAD:Immortal is a third-person cartoon shooter set after a meteorite brings a zombie virus to BOXHEAD World.
Players fight zombie hordes with firearms, oil buckets, grenades, explosive objects, and other weapons. Single-player, multiplayer, and peer-to-peer LAN play are included. Classic Mode recreates earlier Boxhead gameplay across maps with different layouts, four character skins, and pickups containing weapons and props. Endless Mode supports one or more players against endless zombie waves, with four roles, character skills, attributes, rogue elements, and additional maps. Campaign Mode follows a story across large maps, where players explore, upgrade and customize equipment, use scene props and vehicles, and fight mutated zombie bosses. Classic Mode and Campaign Mode are still under development.
