Our take on Big Farm Story
Rather than centering on combat or a sequence of missions, this farming adventure builds its structure around restoring a farm, developing village relationships, and searching for a missing family member. Local co-op also assigns the second player the role of a pet.
What is Big Farm Story?
After the grandfather gifts the player his old farm and then disappears, players work to restore its buildings and overgrown fields.
They plant and harvest crops, gather resources, craft items, and complete requests and storylines from farm neighbors. Players can decorate the farmhouse, raise and breed animals, and choose character skills for activities such as farming and crafting. The story includes searching for clues about the grandfather and exploring a nearby village and woods, where players meet characters and gather wildflowers or mushrooms. Local co-op lets two players experience the story together: one controls the character, while the other plays as a pet. The game requires an internet connection and has no microtransactions.
