Our take on Bean Stalker
The climbing premise receives strong emphasis, while combat, resource gathering, crafting, and quests form much of the progression. The result is an action game with climbing as both traversal and part of the combat structure.
What is Bean Stalker?
Bean Stalker is a climbing action-adventure game set in procedurally generated vertical worlds with steampunk elements.
Players climb branches, fight creatures, gather resources, loot, complete quests, and craft equipment while trying to reach the spirit of the tree. The Blade Slammer supports both combat and movement across the beanstalk. Craftable items include swords, crossbows, shields, grenades, and grappling hooks. Each session changes the world, quests, challenges, and routes. Players can leave the tree and return with different equipment. The Arctic update adds weapons, enemies, puzzles, a boss, a temperature system, and a new environment.
