Armored Squad is a team shooter featuring mechs, robots, and tanks, with cartoon-style graphics.
Multiplayer offers online player-versus-player battles across modes such as Capture the Flag, Control Points, Bomb Delivery, Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch. Solo play includes 60 offline levels against AI bots. Combat uses lasers, swords, and rocket launchers, and robots can use multiple weapons simultaneously. Mechs can be equipped with force fields, jump jets, boosters, shields, and guns. Players can repair allies, place defensive sentry guns, search for hidden mech blueprints, and collect parts from destroyed robots to assemble new ones. Ranks are available in multiplayer and single-player duels, and the game has three difficulty levels.
