What is Angel Engine?
Angel Engine is a horror surgery simulator set in a dystopian future after nuclear fire has devastated the world.
As a new employee at the Babel 2 Scientific Research Center, the player treats comatose test subjects and corrects deformities using a mechanical arm. Operations use distinct minigames and become more complex over time. The operating room also requires equipment maintenance, while demons create additional threats. Each procedure takes place under severe time pressure, with the patient able to wake before treatment is complete. Alongside the surgical work, the game presents the stories of Babel 2 personnel and asks the player to uncover restricted information. It is based on the Angel Engine web series.
