Our take on Agatha Knife
The game’s focus on satire and puzzles gives the story room to explore its unusual premise, but leaves action-oriented play outside its central design. Its child’s viewpoint also frames the subject matter through naivety rather than a more direct or realistic perspective.
What is Agatha Knife?
Agatha Knife is a satirical point-and-click adventure seen through the eyes of Agatha, a seven-year-old who loves meat and is friends with the animals at her mother’s butcher shop.
After discovering religion, she creates Carnivorism and tries to persuade the animals that being sacrificed will bring them happiness. The journey moves through a hand-crafted, colorful world in the Psychotic Universe, shared with MechaNika. Players explore, meet characters and uncover their stories while solving puzzles. Dark humor and geek references accompany the narrative as it addresses controversial subjects from the viewpoint of a naive child. The game also includes an original soundtrack made for its different environments.
