Our take on Across-Stitch
The defining mechanic is solving each pattern from color clues assigned to rows and columns, with some puzzles restricting where stubborn thread can be placed.
What is Across-Stitch?
Across-Stitch is a cross-stitch logic puzzle game.
Each puzzle gives clues about which colors belong in each row and column, and players use them to complete a pattern. Some puzzles add stubborn thread that can be placed only in specific spots. The game includes 40 handmade thematic puzzles, with 5 new handmade puzzles each week when connected to the internet, plus 8 endless modes that generate puzzles procedurally. A generator can turn uploaded JPG or PNG images into cross-stitches. Completed cross-stitches can be downloaded and shared using a code, and patterns can also be made for completion at home.
