Mechanic Zhou Ruoshui returns home to search for his parents and becomes involved in a strange chain of events. The story follows people who investigate their families and uncover buried truths. Much of the city, including its buildings and ruins, serves as the setting for encounters with acquaintances, strangers, and other local characters. The world combines technology with mythology and uses coarse-grained pixel art, character portraits, and a mostly dark atmosphere. Puzzles use dual protagonists and multiple timelines to advance the story. Their difficulty is intentionally kept low for narrative purposes.
