Our take on 9 Balls
Instead of presenting billiards through a large simulation structure, the game reduces play to aiming, shot-force adjustment, and a strike command. Its two rule sets provide variation within a compact format rather than a broader sports-game framework.
What is 9 Balls?
Play a miniature billiards game using the mouse to aim and adjust the force of each shot, then press the spacebar to strike the cue ball.
The game includes a nine-ball mode where balls numbered 1 through 9 must be played in ascending order, with victory awarded for legally pocketing the ninth ball. An eight-ball mode uses a cue ball and 15 numbered object balls. Players must clear either the solid group numbered 1 to 7 or the striped group numbered 9 to 15 before attempting the number 8 ball. Shots follow the required order in both modes.
