Set on day 101 of a zombie outbreak, this escape-room game begins with the character waking in a hospital after recovering from a serious condition.
The ward is a refuge, but hunger pushes the character to venture out rather than wait for rescue. Ten professions are available, including nurse, police officer, detective and thief; each begins with different items, and players can choose a male or female character. Rooms and safes require specific keys, which may be hidden in places such as shelves, cupboards or plant pots.
Fighting zombies is optional, and defeated zombies may yield a random item. Combat uses a simplified Dungeons & Dragons-based check that resolves quickly. If a character dies, players can try again with another profession.
