Exploration takes place across a continuous map with movement by lightness skill and swimming. Combat uses an untargeted real-time system with four weapons that can be changed during fights and more than 100 techniques for building custom combos. Dozens of internal skills interact through conflict or cooperation, with some adding effects such as pulling enemies closer or knocking them away. Character creation includes body editing and equipment appearance customization.
